I am so lucky to have gotten to participate in ELI. It was truly a great experience. I got to meet lifelong Theta friends and grow as a leader. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) is a three-day, in-person leadership experience designed to enhance the personal development of undergraduate members who identify as emerging leaders. ELI participants develop a greater understanding of who they are as a person and leader and learn how to apply leadership skills and experiences to their undergraduate experience and beyond.
We are not currently accepting applications for the next iteration of ELI. The application process for ELI typically takes place during April, with participants notified of their application status by May, in advance of a July program.
"Until then, my experience was rooted in my chapter. But at ELI, I connected with Thetas from across North America who shared my passion for growth and leadership."
